If you want to get LOCAL FRESH PRODUCE while supporting agriculture and our family farm in Chambersburg, PA, then our weekly CSA Farmer’s Box is for you! The best part of Country Creek’s Farmer’s Box CSA, is you get to taste the season of over 40 different fruits and veggies while helping to sustain the farm! All produce is grown on our 100-acre farm started in 2007. We are conventional growers who adhere to Harmonized GAP guidelines.

Farmer Brent and his crew will select a variety of produce each week (see produce schedule chart) which is typically harvested the morning of or the day before you receive Your Farmer’s Box! Customers love seeing the surprises each week!

Your Farmer’s Box could include leafy greens, herbs, veggies, fruit, eggs, and an occasional surprise from one of our farm advocates. This is what makes ours different. We love local and we love to support other small family businesses and now you will be doing so too! A farm advocate is an established local business who supports farms and farming. (ex: Undone Kombucha, Pully Wissle Provisions, and Sadie’s Dressing, just to name a few!) If you would like to become a farm advocate email us!

CSA FLOWER BOUQUET - You can sign up to receive 8 or 12 weeks of FRESH Blooms starting early July. It can also be added onto Your Farmer’s Box and picked up at your CSA pick up location.

We send an email each week to remind you! If you can’t make it on a particular week, feel free to invite a friend or neighbor to collect your Farmer’s Box on your behalf. (no credits; no shows we will donate your box.)

LOOKING TO GET YOUR OWN GARDEN STARTED?

It all starts with the right soil! We use MUSHROOM SOIL on our fields and we make it available to the public by the yard. Mushroom soil makes excellent organic compost for a variety of vegetables, fruits and flowers, and is perfect for plants which require a lot of water, as it retains moisture.

Pick Your Own is a wonderful experience where you can be out in the country air and pick! It’s also a wonderful experience for families with children to teach them where their food comes from. Here is what we offer at our farm:
